The personal data collected through the contact form may include: name, email address, phone number, and the content of the message.

The data is processed solely to respond to requests submitted through the website and for any pre-contractual activities related to such requests.

The legal basis for the processing is the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request and, where necessary, the data controller’s legitimate interest in managing the communications received.

Providing your information is optional, but failure to enter the information marked as required may prevent you from receiving a response.

The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request and, in any case, for no longer than 12 months, unless further retention is required to comply with legal obligations or to establish or carry out a professional relationship.

Data may be processed using digital tools and by technical service providers involved in the management of the website and email. If the website is hosted on Squarespace, data submitted via forms may also be processed through Squarespace’s infrastructure.

The data will not be used for marketing purposes, newsletters, or promotional communications without the data subject’s specific consent.

The data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
